Exchange or Return of Goods

   If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of delivery.

   To retain this right, the product must remain in its original condition. The customer shall not lose the right of withdrawal if the product is destroyed or damaged through no fault of their own. A reduction in value due to unpacking or functional testing shall not prevent the consumer from requesting a refund.

   Unused, undamaged items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • Original front and rear wheelset main units;
  • A receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Tagoola online store;
  • All included accessories;
  • Any complimentary gifts, promotional items or bonus accessories included with your order.

We also reserve the right to refuse returns for items showing signs of use, improper handling, customer-caused damage, or returns initiated outside the policy period without prior approval from our support team.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
We’re sorry to hear your order has not arrived as expected, and we understand how frustrating this can be. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you locate your package:
 
  1. Check Your Order Confirmation & Tracking

     

    You can find your full tracking details in the shipping confirmation email sent to your registered inbox after your order was dispatched. Use the tracking number and link to view the latest real-time updates from the courier.

     

    Our standard worldwide delivery takes 7–15 business days from the dispatch date, depending on your destination. Delivery times may be slightly extended due to customs clearance delays, local courier backlogs, public holidays, or remote area delivery limitations.

     
  2. Check Common Delivery Locations

     

    If the tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package, please check with your household members, neighbors, building reception/mailroom, or your local courier pickup point. Couriers may leave the package in a safe location to avoid failed delivery.

     
  3. Contact Our Support Team

     

    If the tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, or the delivery has exceeded the 15-business-day estimated window, please reach out to our customer support team with:

     
    • Your order number
    • Your full delivery address
    • The tracking number of your order
       

      We will immediately escalate the issue to the courier, conduct a full trace investigation, and provide you with a clear update and resolution (including reshipment or full refund) within 3 business days.

Do you deliver on public holidays?
Our delivery operations are split between warehouse dispatch and last-mile courier delivery, which are affected differently by public holidays:
 
  1. Warehouse Order Processing & Dispatch

    Our headquarters and fulfillment warehouse are based in Xiamen, China. We do not process, pack or dispatch orders on Chinese statutory public holidays (including Spring Festival, National Day, Labor Day, etc.). Any orders placed and paid for during these holidays will be processed and shipped out on the next official working business day.

    • Most couriers do not operate delivery services on local public holidays in the delivery country.
    • Any deliveries scheduled for a local public holiday will be automatically rescheduled to the next working business day.
    • Minor delivery delays may occur before and after holiday periods due to courier backlogs and high shipment volumes.

      Last-Mile Delivery to Your Address

      Final door-to-door delivery is handled by our international courier partners, and service availability depends on the public holiday regulations of your destination country/region.

      We will post advance notifications on our website and official social media channels for any upcoming long holiday closures that may impact your order timeline.

Do you deliver to my postcode?
We offer reliable door-to-door global delivery for the vast majority of valid postcodes in over 30 core countries and regions, including most of Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand (covering our major global rider communities).
 
To confirm delivery availability for your specific postcode, and to check the exact delivery timeframe and shipping cost for your location, simply provide our team with:

After receiving this information, we will verify your eligibility for delivery within 1 business day.
 

Additional Notes:

 
  • For postal codes classified as remote/extra-remote areas by our courier partners, standard door-to-door delivery is still available in most cases, with a possible small remote area surcharge. We will always inform you of any additional fees before your order is confirmed, with no hidden charges.
  • Please ensure your postal code is entered correctly and matches your full delivery address, to avoid delivery failures, delays or unexpected surcharges.
  • If your location has special delivery restrictions due to local customs policies or regional sanctions, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative delivery solutions where possible.
 
Is next-day delivery available on all orders?
No, next-day delivery is not available on all orders, and is currently not an option for any of our standard worldwide shipments.
 
Our fulfillment warehouse and headquarters are based in Xiamen, China, and all orders are shipped via international cross-border logistics. Restricted by international transit schedules, customs clearance procedures, and cross-border transportation timelines, we are unable to offer next-day delivery service for any global orders at this time.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?
A signature is required by default for all our international deliveries, and we strongly recommend in-person receipt and on-site inspection for your high-value carbon wheelset order.

All our shipments are sent via trusted international courier partners, and a signature from the recipient (or an authorized representative) is mandatory for delivery confirmation by default. This policy is in place to protect your high-value order from loss, theft, or misdelivery, ensuring your package is securely delivered to the correct recipient.
 

2. Flexible Alternative Delivery Arrangements

 
If you are unable to be present at the delivery address to sign for the package in person, you can arrange alternative delivery options in advance directly with the local courier branch once your order is in transit:
 
  • Authorize the courier to leave the package in a secure, weatherproof location at your address (e.g., covered porch, locked garage, building mailroom)
  • Arrange for a trusted household member, neighbor, or building reception to sign for the package on your behalf
  • Reschedule the delivery to a date and time when you will be present
  • Redirect the package to a local courier pickup point for you to collect at your convenience
 

3. Important Notes

 
  • For orders delivered to countries/regions with strict customs or courier regulations, in-person signature with valid ID may be mandatory, and alternative delivery arrangements will not be available. We will inform you of any such restrictions in advance if applicable to your destination.
  • We strongly recommend that you (or your authorized representative) inspect the package for any visible shipping damage before signing for delivery. If you notice any damage to the outer packaging, you can refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately for a resolution.
  • Once the package is signed for (including by an authorized representative or via pre-authorized alternative delivery), the delivery is deemed complete, and responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
